I was born and raised in Southeast Missouri. Forged by small-town values, strong community ties, and a deep appreciation for meaningful moments. My journey with photography began at 14 when my family bought a Canon 40D to document my younger sister’s pageant competitions. What started as youthful boredom at Haley’s pageants quickly turned into something more. I found myself fiddling with that 40D and drawn not just to the images, but the angles, the colors, the scenery, and how I could use light to shape them.

That early teenage curiosity led me into portraits, senior sessions, weddings, and even a role on my high school yearbook team. I learned quickly that photography is not just about lighting or composition. It’s about connection. It’s about helping someone feel comfortable enough to be seen.

After graduation, life shifted. Like many, I stepped into the everyday responsibilities of adulthood and set the camera aside for awhile. Even then, the thirst for creativity never left.

Over a decade later now with more life experience and perspective, I have returned to photography and videography with renewed purpose. Today my work is centered on people. Professionals building their brands, seniors stepping into a new chapter, couples beginning their lives together, and simply people wanting to preserve this season before it changes.

My approach is cinematic, intentional, and guided. I believe great images come from trust and clarity. When you feel confident and at ease, the result is natural, refined, and lasting.
