Booking Retainer

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. Your date is not officially reserved until the retainer is received and the contract is signed. Because I accept a limited number of weddings per year, this retainer protects both parties and ensures I turn down all other inquiries for your date.

Payment Schedule

• 30% retainer — due at booking (non-refundable)

• 30% — due 2 weeks before the wedding

• 40% remaining balance — due upon delivery of the final gallery and/or films

No images, galleries, albums, or products will be delivered until the final balance has been paid.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, I will do everything possible to accommodate your new date. If I am unavailable, the retainer remains non-refundable, but any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be applied toward a future session or transferred to a new date.

Weather, Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances

Life happens. In the rare event that I am unable to photograph your wedding due to illness, injury, or an emergency, a trusted associate photographer of equal skill will be provided, or a full refund of all payments (including the retainer) will be issued.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Reed Photo Video & Logan Reed retains the copyright to all images and films created. Clients receive personal-use rights, meaning you can download and share your images for personal use. If you package does not include one, a Print Release is required to print your photos anywhere other than Reed Photo Video. Commercial use, resale, or editing by third parties is prohibited unless written permission is provided.

Image Editing & Artistic Style

All images are edited to the signature Reed Photo Video style. Requests for additional edits, heavy retouching, or alternate editing styles may incur additional fees. Raw, unedited photos are never delivered under any circumstances.

Delivery Timeline

Final galleries are delivered within:

• Photos: 6–10 weeks

• Video: 10–18 weeks

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the season and workload. Faster turnaround is available upon request for an additional fee.

Travel & Overtime

Basic travel is included within the mileage listed in your package. Anything beyond this will accrue a per-mile fee. Overtime for wedding coverage is billed at $300/hr and must be paid before the final gallery is released.

Photo Booth Add-On (if applicable)

The Reed Luxe Photo Booth requires a safe, dry, level area with access to power. Client is responsible for venue permission and adequate space. Equipment damaged by guests or venue conditions may result in additional charges.

Model Release

You agree that Reed Photo Video may use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes. If you require privacy or nondisclosure for any reason, please let me know in writing before your wedding day.
